Following the power maintenance on November 16, 2008, users were unable to login to the CoC Zimbra email servers email.cc.gatech.edu and email2.cc.gatech.edu, which also provide services as imap.cc.gatech.edu and imap2.cc.gatech.edu. After investigating, TSO identified the problem was caused by a network interface failure on the CC AD server harrison.cc.gatech.edu, which provides authentication services for the CoC Zimbra servers. The server was repaired, and Zimbra services were again available at 9:30 AM, November 17.
