WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Servers in the affected Data Center row went down around 6:50 am, September 20th, 2024 and are still offline.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The Power Distribution Unit (PDU) supplying power to a row of racks in the CCB 247 Data Center has malfunctioned. TSO is working with campus facilities to investigate the timeline for repairing the PDU.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the servers and clusters listed above. TSO is investigating the possibility of moving some equipment to other racks within the data center. Other servers will remain offline until the PDU can be repaired.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. If you are working on a deadline, please reach out to the HelpDesk to discuss possible options.
