The virtual machine (VM) running web database services for the College websites will be migrated to the new VM infrastructure.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Wednesday, November 11, from 12:00am to 6:00am.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The web database server will be migrated from older hardware and end-of-life software to the new production VM infrastructure for improved hardware and software support.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All College websites will be offline as the VM is migrated.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. During the maintenance window, College websites will be unavailable as the VM is migrated. Sites will be brought online when TSO completes the VM transfer.
