Between 3:50 PM and 8:45 PM, Tuesday, December 13, 2011.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
One of the Continuum Net Controllers for the CCB failed.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Briefly, all people attempting to access doors controlled by BuzzCard readers on the ground and first floors of the CCB. Affected doors were manually locked open during the outage.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. The controller was replaced and reloaded.
