At approximately 5:45 PM, Friday, February 20, 2009, the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) began experiencing software related issues and was taken offline. This affected CoC faculty and staff blackberry users. Due to an unsuccessful reboot, the system was restored from backup and was again providing services at 7:36PM, February 20. Users added to the BES after January 20, will be contacted by the TSO Help Desk to have their blackberries reactivated.
