Blackberry Enterprise Service (BES) is currently down.

At approximately 3:30 PM, April 6, 2011.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
GTRI experienced hardware failure on one of their Storage Area Network (SAN) devices, which caused the Blackberry Enterprise Service (BES) server to lose functionality.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Blackberry users in the College of Computing.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. GTRI is quickly working to restore BES functionality. They estimate it should be operational by approximately 5:30 PM today.
