Update: On May 6, 2008, at approximately 12:00 PM, Microsoft was able to resolve the issue. Our Entourage instructions have been updated to reflect the new settings. They can be found at http://support.cc.gatech.edu/support-tools/howto/e-mail-1/exchange/configuring-ms-entourage-for-exchange.

Update: The patch did not correct the inability of Entourage to connect to the Exchange server via WebDAV. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.

Exchange Email will be unavailable on Thursday, May 1, 2008 from 6 pm to 7 pm. This maintenance is necessary to apply a patch that will allow our Microsoft Entourage email users to connect via WebDAV to the new Exchange server.
