The CoC general access server lennon.cc.gatech.edu began timing out connections at approximately 2:40 PM, Wednesday, February 4, 2009. This would have affected CoC students, faculty, and staff who were trying to use the server. TSO staff were unable to reboot the server from the console. So, it was hard reset at 3:40 PM, February 4, and was again providing services at 3:45 PM.
