Banner/Oscar: Saturday, April 28, 2012, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

PeopleSoft Financials: Saturday, April 28, 2012, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM.

PeopleSoft HR & Techworks: Saturday, April 28, 2012, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is performing routine patching on PeopleSoft Financials and performing a database switchover for the other systems.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of Techworks, PeopleSoft, and Banner/Oscar as well as Banner Imaging, some Buzzport/Oscar channel users accessing the Oscar student service, as well as some report users accessing BPROD. Users of the following applications who connect to FPROD, HPROD, or PAPROD.

ODBC configuration
PS Applications Server
PSQuery Tool 2-tier
SQLDeveloper
SQLPlus
Toad

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work in these systems and logout of them prior to the maintenance period.
