WHAT'S HAPPENING?
macOS High Sierra users will need to take an extra step when upgrading their Cisco AnyConnect VPN client to version 4.5.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Since December 19, 2017.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Due to changes in how Apple treats systems extensions in macOS High Sierra (10.13).


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to upgrade to Cisco AnyConnect 4.5 on macOS High Sierra .  Earlier versions of macOS are not affected.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users will need to take an extra step to upgrade to Cisco AnyConnect 4.5.  Instructions can be found at https://faq.oit.gatech.edu/content/how-do-i-permit-cisco-anyconnect-45-system-extension-macos-high-sierra-1013.
