WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The ePO service will be unavailable.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Beginning at 8:00 AM, Wednesday, March 17, 2010. It is not expected to be back in service before 5:00 PM, March 17.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is rotating the Information Security machine racks.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
GT computers with McAfee ePO agent installed. While these machines should automatically connect to McAfee for antivirus updates, depending on the machine's configuration, failure to upgrade messages may appear.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. Once the service has been restored, machines should check in as normal
