Help Desk Remote Support

Update: Nov. 27 10:30am

TSO has been notified by Facilities that work in the second floor TSO Help Desk will continue through the next month. Support from the second-floor location will be unavailable until January. Help Desk support will now be available in-person from CCB 340 on the third floor until returning to our primary location.

Mitigation on CCB's 2nd floor in and around TSO's Help Desk, offices and work areas is still ongoing.  TSO Help Desk will continue to support the college via email, phone and remote sessions Mon. Nov 20 through Wed. Nov. 22.

 

Update: Nov. 14 5:00pm
Due to the extensive amount of mitigation and work still needed on the 2nd floor in and around TSO's Help Desk, offices and work areas, TSO Help Desk will continue to support the college via email, phone and remote sessions for the remainder of the week. We plan resume walk in support on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023.

WHAT'S HAPPENING?

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

On Monday, Nov. 13, there was flooding on the 2nd floor of CCB.  GT facilities is working on clean up of the area.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Faculty, staff and students requiring in-person support.
