To accommodate the faculty in resetting their Windows passwords for the upcoming email migration to Zimbra, the TSO Help Desk staff will be on-site in TSRB on Thursday, December 13, 2007 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. It is necessary to know your Windows password for the migration because Zimbra authenticates users using the College of Computing Microsoft Active Directory. We will be located in the lounge area on the 2nd floor right off of the elevators.
