WHAT HAPPENED?

Starting at 12:30 AM, Friday, September 25, 2009, and lasting until 09:30 AM, September 25, MyGatech was experiencing intermittent IMAP login errors.

WHO WAS AFFECTED BY THIS INTERRUPTION?

All users who access the GT email service using IMAP.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO WHEN THE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Nothing. No email is expected to be lost.
