In an ongoing effort to improve customer support services in theCollege of Computing, the TSO Enterprise Support Group is placing anonsite desktop support person in TSRB. Eden Chandler will be fillingthis role effective Monday, October 6, 2008. His office hours will beMonday through Friday, 8am to 4pm in TSRB 347, and his phone number is404.725.0240. Eden's primary role will be to provide desktop support toTSRB faculty and staff and act as a liaison to the CCB Help Desk.

In related news, some of you already know that Brian Poole joined CoCas a jointly funded Research Technologist in GVU and the TSO ResearchSupport Group. Brian's role is to coordinate and manage researchtechnology in GVU related labs and projects, bridging specializedsupport and TSO baseline research support. Brian's office is locatedin TSRB 216 near the GVU Administrative offices.
