In October 2008, Eden Chandler became the onsite desktop supportperson in TSRB. We are happy to announce that we have received positivefeedback from the folks in TSRB.
To continue our effort to improve our customer support services,Help Desk and Academics have joined support personnel. Doug Conley will now beworking out of the Help Desk in CCB 148. Doug?s previous experience in HelpDesk along with his experience in Academics will be beneficial in supportingour customers. Doug will continue to oversee the Academic and Instructionallabs as well as provide desktop support to CCB faculty and staff. Tonya Gordonwill be the interface for the CoC community regarding academic issues includingTechnology Fee proposals and instructional lab and resource requirements.
With Doug joining Help Desk, the TSO Enterprise group will placean onsite desktop support person in KACB as well. Jimmy Kriigel will be fillingthis role effective April 1st. Jimmy's primary role will be to provide desktopsupport to KACB faculty and staff and act as a liaison to the CCB HelpDesk. An announcement will be forthcoming regarding his office locationand phone number.
