GOOD NEWZ! A recent Dell hardware donation has allowed TSO to upgrade the Killerbee general-access Linux cluster with four Dell PowerEdge 1950 servers each with 2 x 3.0GHz Intel E5450 quad-core Xeon, 8GB RAM. Alas, we were not able to upgrade killerbee5 so it will be scheduled for retirement in the near future. The Killerbee cluster is provided primarily to CoC faculty and graduate students for general-purpose, interactive computing needs. For high-performance computing, please use more appropriate resources in your research group (see our HPC Resources page).
