At 5:25 PM, Saturday, November 15, 2008, TSO noted that the CoC MSDNAA ELMS Software Center site was unavailable. Microsoft noted that this is due to technical difficulties with downloading software and that they are working diligently to resolve this issue. This primarily affects CoC students who aretrying to use the site to download Microsoft software.

They currently have no timeline for resolution, but they assure us that this is a high priority for both Microsoft and e-academy, our MSDNAA provider.

We will keep you informed on the status of this issue by posting updates here, as they become available.

Update: At 11:00 PM on Tuesday, November 18, the CoC MSDNAA ELMS site was brought back online. At this time, only the software titles listed below are available for download. Microsoft continues to work on a complete resolution, although there is still no timeline for resolution.
