OIT has announced that they will perform emergency MyGaTech maintenancebetween 11:00 PM, Thursday, July 2, and 1:00 AM, July 3, 2009. This willaffect OIT Zimbra users. For full details,please see the announcement below.

Emergency MyGatech maintenance 11pm Thu night July 2,2009.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

OIT will apply anemergency security patch to the MyGatech cluster. We

will also take advantage of this outage to complete therelocation of one

of the mailstores.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

From 11pmThursday night, July 2, until 1am Friday morning, July 3.

WHO IS AFFECTED BY THIS INTERRUPTION?

Users ofMyGaTech/Zimbra will be unable to access their MyGaTech email,

calendar, or contacts during this timeframe.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO WHEN THE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLEAGAIN?

Business asusual. Mail sent to MyGaTech/Zimbra users during the period

of this outage will be queued in the central systems anddelivered after

the system is in operation again.

HOW DOES THIS ACTIVITY BENEFIT YOU?

Zimbra hasreleased a security patch that they recommend be applied as

soon as possible.
