WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech/Zimbra and GTAD will undergo maintenance.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Saturday, July 17, 2010, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will perform routine patching on MyGaTech and system maintenance on GTAD.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to access email or group/course calendars. People who send email to users of MyGaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance. Users attempting to login to GTAD systems may experience slow logins.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users should refrain from making changes to GT account information in PassPort or other account management systems or tools during the maintenance period.
