WHAT'S HAPPENING?

MyGaTech/Zimbra (email, calendar and contacts) will be offline.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

November 21, 2009, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

OIT is performing work to enhance the redundancy of their current email system.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who might try to access their email or any group or course calendars during this time.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required after the maintenance period. Email sent to MyGaTech/Zimbra users during this period will be queued in the central systems and delivered after the system is in operation again.
