WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech/Zimbra email, calendars, and contacts will be unavailable.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
This is a continuation of the routine maintenance from February 27, 2010.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who might try to access their email or any group or course calendars during this time.

Effects to these users are:
Users of My GaTech/Zimbra will be unable to access their MyGaTech/Zimbra email, calendars, or contacts during this time period.
People who send email to users of My GaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. Email sent to My GaTech/Zimbra users during the period of this outage will be queued in the central systems and delivered after the system is in operation again.
