WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech/Zimbra, Sympa, and Network Attached Storage (NAS) clusters will undergo maintenance.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
MyGaTech and NAS: Saturday, May 21, 2011, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Sympa: Saturday, May 21, 2011, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is performing routine maintenance and upgrades on these systems.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to access email or group/course calendars. Users of lists.gatech.edu will be unable to login to manage or access their lists. People who send email to users of MyGaTech/Zimbra or lists.gatech.edu lists may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance. Users of the services listed below will experience intermittent unavailability during the NAS maintenance.

GTRI databases

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Zimbra Outlook users will need to download the new ZCO from software.oit.gatech.edu following this maintenance. Email sent to My GaTech/Zimbra users during the period of this outage will be queued in the central systems and delivered after the system is in operation again.
