WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech, Passport, and GRS will be unavailable.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
MyGaTech: Saturday, April 21, 2012, from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Passport and GRS: Saturday, April 21, 2012, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will resize the mail store servers' storage volumes to accommodate user growth and perform routine patching of several of the Identity Access Management servers.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to access email or group/course calendars. People who send email to users of MyGaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance. Users will be unable to change passwords or make other identity changes.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Email sent to MyGaTech/Zimbra users during the maintenance period will be queued in the central systems and delivered after the system is in operation again.
