WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech, PeopleSoft, and Banner/Oscar will be unavailable.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
MyGaTech: Saturday, February 20, 2010, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Banner/Oscar: Saturday, February 20, 2010, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Peoplesoft: Saturday, February 20, 2010, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will upgrade MyGaTech to Zimbra 5.0.22. Banner/Oscar will be unavailable for a database server hardware upgrade. PeopleSoft Financial Systems will be unavailable for an upgrade of PeopleTools.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to acess email or group/course calendars. People who send email to users of My GaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance. Users of Banner/Oscar and reports, Banner Imaging, and some BuzzPort/Oscar channel users accessing the production Banner database. Users of PeopleSoft Financial.
