WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MyGaTech/Zimbra and Network Attached Storage (NAS) clusters will undergo maintenance.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
MyGaTech: Saturday, November 20, 2010, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

NAS: Saturday, November 20, 2010, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is performing routine maintenance and upgrades on these systems.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to access email or group/course calendars. People who send email to users of MyGaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance. Users of the services listed below will experience brief periods of unavailability during the NAS maintenance.

No user action is required. Email sent to My GaTech/Zimbra users during the period of this outage will be queued in the central systems and delivered after the system is in operation again.
