WHAT'S HAPPENING?
TSO has created an online CoC Account Password Reset form at resources/forms/password-reset
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To offer users the convenience of resetting their CoC UNIX and Windows passwords, even if they've forgotten them or their password has expired.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Any user with a CoC account can use the form provided the following is met:
- Users will need to know their GT account name and password to use the form.
- Users must be on campus or connected through VPN to use the form.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users may use the form or the other methods of resetting their passwords with which they're most comfortable. The different methods of resetting one's password are available at support-tools/faq/user-account-access-issues/password-resets/how-do-i-reset-my-password/
