OIT has announced that they will perform PeopleSoftmaintenance between 7:00 AM, Friday, July 24, and 7:00 AM, Wednesday, July 29, 2009. This will affect all PeopleSoft HR/Payroll business users, Employee Self Service functionality, and gtID applications. For full details,please see the announcement below.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

The PeopleSoft HR/Payroll systems will be unavailable to to facilitatean application upgrade beginning Friday, July 24, 7:00AM throughWednesday, July 29, 7:00AM

WHO/WHAT IS AFFECTED?

ALL PeopleSoft HR/Payroll business users will not be able to accessthese services between Friday, July 24, 7:00AM through Tuesday, July29, 7:00AM

Employee Self Service functionality will be unavailable beginning July23, 12:00 PM (Noon) through Wednesday, July 29, 12:00PM (Noon).

gtID applications will be unavailable between Friday, July 24, 7:00AM, through Wednesday, July 29, 7:00AM.

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?

Beginning the morning of Friday, July 24, 7:00AM through Wednesday, July 29, 7:00AM

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No special instructions to users prior or following this event is necessary.

HR Business Services and gtID applications will become available as normal after 7AM Wednesday, July 29.

Employee Self Service functionality will return to normal after 12:00PM, Wednesday, July 29.
