WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Upgrade to Pharos Print Management System. All Pharos printing services will be unavailable until the upgrade is complete.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
From 6:00 AM on Sunday, May 9, 2010, to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 11, 2010.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Updated application and improvements of some of the known issues with Pharos 8.0.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of the campus print management system including Library Commons, Student Center, departmental labs, and CentralPS. Due to the campus break, academic printing needs should be reduced.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should plan their printing needs around the maintenance schedule or make alternate arrangements. After the upgrade, all departmental lab machines will need new print packages, but should operate successfully until new packages can be deployed.
