WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users should exercise caution in scanning QR codes, particularly if it appears that a code has been affixed atop another QR code. Keeping software up-to-date on mobile devices will help to minimize the number of unpatched exploits that can be taken advantage of by malware.
