On-site TSO Help Desk coverage hours for KACB and TSRB are changing to the following:
 
KACB 3123:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8am – 4pm

Beginning Thursday, May 1, 2014, until the KACB position is filled.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
James Tyson’s last day with the TSO Help Desk is May 1.  His expertise and exceptional customer service will be missed on the Help Desk, but we wish him luck in his new position as a Research Technologist with the College. TSO is working to fill James' position as quickly as possible and interviews are under way.
 
 
WHO IS AFFECTED?
The CoC community in KACB and TSRB.  Affected users needing assistance on days without on-site coverage should contact the main Help Desk (contact details below).
