Dear CoC Staff Colleagues,

Many of you took part in a staff survey in September. Thank you. The Office ofOrganizational Development (OOD) in conjunction with the Office of HumanResources (OHR) will present a summary of the results, which indicate a numberof issues within CoC such as trust, communications, openness, collegiality andmanagement styles.

It is very important that you attend the presentation to hear about theseissues, and for OOD, OHR and me to hear your suggestions on how toapproach the issues.

It is appropriate to close administrative offices during this time so that all staffcan attend; I am alerting faculty supervisors to know that you will not be atyour desk during this meeting.
