Temporary Help Desk Relocation

WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The CCB Help Desk will be temporarily relocated to CCB 33.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Tuesday, September 7, 2017, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
There is an electrical issue affecting power in portions of CCB 148 and immediately outside.  This has  affected the digital signage and the mopier.  The cabling will be repaired to prevent any further issues.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
CCB Help Desk visitors.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users may continue to call or email, as usual.  Those needing walk-up help should visit us in CCB 33.

UPDATE:
The power work could not be performed on September 7.  As of 2:00 PM, the Help Desk is again operating out of CCB 148.  We will send out a new notice when the work has been rescheduled.


UPDATE:
Power work is underway as of 8:00 AM, Friday, September 8, 2017.  The Help Desk is currently working out of CCB 33.

Power work has been completed, and the Help Desk is again working from CCB 148 as of 12:15 PM, September 8.
