WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The TSO Help Desk will be intermittently unavailable via its office number and IM.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Wednesday, September 21, 2011.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The office is being repainted, requiring power and telephone cords to be removed.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to call or IM the Help Desk.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users needing to call should dial 404-385-3833 if no one answers the main number. Users attempting to IM should send email while the IM is unavailable.
