WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The TSO Help Desk in CCB 148 will change its hours of operation from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM to 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Beginning Monday, November 1, 2010.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
As a result of reduced staffing levels and the challenge of providing coverage especially during employee absences, TSO has reviewed its hours of operation for the TSO Help Desk. The statistics gathered revealed that the number of help requests between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM over the last year account for less than 1.5 % of the total requests submitted during that same time period. In light of this, the CCB help desk hours will be changed to 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, the same operating hours as the TSRB and KACB help desks. With the new hours, TSO can ensure the help desk's hours of operation are met and that the help desk staff can also work on projects beneficial to the support of the CoC community. The help desk staff will keep their current work schedules and will be available (barring absences due to illness, training, etc.) between 7:00 AM & 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM, if assistance is needed.
