WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The TSO Help Desk staff members in TSRB and KACB will cross train in the opposite buildings.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Beginning July 26, 2010, Eden and Jimmy will begin cross-training in KACB and TSRB. The training will be complete by July 30, 2010.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
This move is occurring due to the recognized necessity of rotating TSO Help Desk staff so they will be more familiar with issues affecting each CoC building. This will improve customer service when a non-assigned Help Desk staff member must respond for assistance.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
During the cross-training period, TSO Help Desk staff may not be present in TSRB or KACB; however, there will be Help Desk staff present and available in CCB.
