TSO Research is focusing on tracking down and contacting users running end-of-life OSes (such as Ubuntu 20 LTS), part of a larger USG-wide security push. If you believe you are running one of these older OSes, please email helpdesk@cc.gatech.edu, and we will work with you to determine the best path forward.
In working on the macOS and Windows initiatives mentioned above, the HelpDesk has encountered a number of users with older devices that are no longer in use. The team is happy to work with you to surplus these machines, just reach out to helpdesk@cc.gatech.edu.
The TSO Web team worked closely with the College administration to create a solution to satisfy the USG’s new requirement for all instructors-of-record to have a public-facing CV.
