1. Install Management Agent
    1. For MacOS and iOS: Enroll your machine in JAMF
      1. In order to enroll your device into the campus management system please follow the instruction found here: https://support.cc.gatech.edu/support-tools/howto/enrolling-jamf-pro
    2. For Windows OS: Your machine will need to be enrolled in SCCM. In order to do so, your machine will need to be joined to Active Directory. Please contact TSO to complete this step.
    3. For Linux OS: The campus management solution is SALT. The College of Computing is still in the process of working on our environment. Once ready, you will be notified.
    4. For Android: The campus management solution is Intune. The College of Computing is still in the process of working on our environment. Once ready, you will be notified.
  2. Install Security Agents: Cortex XDR and Qualys
    1. Connect to the VPN
    2. Go to https://software.oit.gatech.edu and login
    3. Click the Download software link
    4. For Software type, select you OS platform and for Affiliation, select Faculty
    5. Scroll to Cortex XDR and/or Qualys, click Request Software and follow the installation instructions
    6. Verification of Compliance
