Adobe Creative Cloud Licensing Problem

WHAT HAPPENED?
Several of the Adobe Creative Cloud software applications are incorrectly displaying as "On Trial" after updating to 2017 versions.  This includes, but is not limited to, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Thursday, November 10, 2016, and ongoing.

OIT has not yet identified a root cause.

Office 365 Service Expiration Notification

WHAT HAPPENED?
OIT delivered automated expiration notices for Office 365 services to many GT account holders in error.  An example of this notice can be seen below.

 
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Saturday, August 6, 2016.

 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The root cause is still under investigation by the OIT Messaging Team.

 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
The Office 365 service expiration notification message is erroneous and can be safely ignored.  The OIT Messaging Team will contact affected users with an explanation.
