TSO is responsible for the overall computing, networking and physical infrastructure, as well as technical and building support necessary to sustain the College's programs in research, instruction and administration for faculty, staff and students. The organization is directed by Uwanna Smith. Services are focused into groups: Enterprise Systems Support (Help Desk, Web Services), Research Program Support, Instruction Support, and Infrastructure. System Notices

All Windows-based server routine patching and maintenance.
The windows file server AdminFS became unresponsive after patching this evening at 5:15pm.
Atlanta main water line break potentially impacting campus.
A configuration change to one of the switches on the north side of the 2nd floor of TSRB caused the switch to become unresponsive at 10:07AM. After multiple reboots, the switch was brought back online at 10:40AM.
TSO will be performing maintenance on several VMs that host the college RT systems to resolve a security vulnerability.
