TSO is responsible for the overall computing, networking and physical infrastructure, as well as technical and building support necessary to sustain the College's programs in research, instruction and administration for faculty, staff and students. The organization is directed by Uwanna Smith. Services are focused into groups: Enterprise Systems Support (Help Desk, Web Services), Research Program Support, Instruction Support, and Infrastructure. System Notices

All Windows-based server routine patching and maintenance.
TSO will add the archived Purchasing Request PDF files to the Intranet website.
TSO has received multiple reports that the mailing list service (mailman.cc.gatech.edu) stopped delivering messages.
Users reported not being able to samba mount from ccsamba.cc.gatech.edu/holder.cc.gatech.edu.
TSO will be migrating virtual machines which provide web services for members of the College of Computing community from an older VM farm to a newer farm.
