OIT has announced My.gatech.edu will be unavailable between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 18, 2008, for a software upgrade and SAN maintenance. This will affect CoC faculty, staff, and students who use the OIT Zimbra service for email. Email will be queued and delivered once the maintenance is completed.

Update: The Zimbra software upgrade was rescheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2008, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This was due to the work OIT was performing on the evening of Friday, October 17, to resolve Exchange email issues.

Update: The upgrade to Zimbra 5.0.10 was successfully completed by 8:00 AM, Saturday, November 1, 2008. However, there was a problem viewing certain html emails with Internet Explorer 7. Updated javascript files were installed, and the issue was resolved at 10:30 AM, November 1.
