Georgia Tech has licensed Dropbox for business use, which provides an easy way to store and share files.  We will use the Dropbox web interface to demonstrate the sharing process.

1. Connect OneNote to Office 365 by clicking File then Account.
2. Click the Sign In button.
   
3. Enter your email address in the format GTusername@gatech.edu (e.g. gburdell3@gatech.edu) and click Next.

1. Open Calendar, found on your dock or in your Applications folder. You can also find it via Spotlight (the magnifying glass on the top right of your screen).

2. From the Calendar menu, select Preferences. In the dialog box that opens, click Accounts. 

1. Make sure you are authorized to view the user’s calendar.
2. Click on Calendar's menu, then click on Preferences, then Accounts.
3. Select the account, then click on Delegation and click on the + button.
4. Type in the users name and select it from the drop down.
5. You will now see the user’s calendar under a new tab called Delegates.

For calendar entities within GT Office 365, Contacts must be synced/checked under System Preferences -> Internet Accounts -> Exchange (
