WHAT'S HAPPENING?
TSO will support the college via email, phone, and remote sessions on 1/10/25.  TSO Help Desk walk-in support will be temporarily closed.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Friday, January 10, 2025, TSO will support the college via email, phone, and remote sessions.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Due to potential winter storm advisories the Help Desk staff will be working remotely.

Help Desk Relocation During Renovations

WHAT'S HAPPENING?

The TSO Help Desk will be temporarily relocating to CCB 322.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Starting Monday, August 22, 2022 until renovations are completed on the 2nd floor of CCB.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

Renovations to the 2nd floor of CCB will impact the current TSO Help Desk in 212.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Faculty, staff and students requiring in-person support.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

New Year, New HelpDesk (Location)

With all the moves happening in the College of Computing, the HelpDesk was feeling left out, so we're joining in on the fun.

Starting January 2nd, the HelpDesk will be located on the second floor of the College of Computing Building in CCB 212, accessible via the 3 stairwells or elevator.
