TSO is responsible for the overall computing, networking and physical infrastructure, as well as technical and building support necessary to sustain the College's programs in research, instruction and administration for faculty, staff and students. The organization is directed by Uwanna Smith. Services are focused into groups: Enterprise Systems Support (Help Desk, Web Services), Research Program Support, Instruction Support, and Infrastructure. System Notices

All Windows-based server routine patching and maintenance
There was an issue with the mailman mailing list server earlier today.
TSO will update Georgia Tech managed Windows endpoints to utilize eduroam’s certificate based authentication.
TSO asks that the owners of the following lists verify if they are still active.
Servers have been taken offline in response to the fire alarm in the College of Computing Building.
