Repairs have been completed on the 2nd floor and the Help Desk is returning to its permanent location.

Faculty, staff, and students requiring in-person support.

The TSO Help Desk will be available in CCB 225D.

Upgrade macOS
Making sure that your Mac is kept up to date is important. Macs that are part of COC will automatically check and download updates. To update to a new macOS (ex: v13 Ventura to v14 Sonoma) there are two ways that you can upgrade on a Mac.
Before updating your computer make sure the following is complete!
- You have a backup of your documents and data from the Mac you are about to upgrade.
- If upgrading a laptop, make sure that it is plugged in and is charging.

Starting Thursday, July 6, 2023 TSO is relocating back to the 2nd floor of CCB.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Part of the CCB 2nd floor renovations have been completed and TSO Help Desk will be supporting the college from CCB 225.
